Returns & Exchanges

Returns will be accepted for full refund if processed within 30 days of shipping. Items may be returned between 31 and 60 days of shipping for a full credit towards your next purchase. All tags must be on garment for items to be returned. A $9.95 restocking fee will be taken out of your refund.

Email customerservice@adriennelandau.com with your order info and the items you'd like to return. Our customer service team will email you a shipping label (almost always within 1 to 2 business days). Take note of the tracking number for your records. Drop the item off at any UPS office.

Please note, to initiate a return, you will need to provide the order number specified in your order confirmation email, as well as the email address that was utilized when placing the order.

The fastest way to ensure you get an exact exchange is to return your item and make a separate purchase. As soon as your item is returned to us a refund will be processed.

Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and ineligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credits. You can locate this important detail emphasized on both the product page and your order confirmation email.

For real-time updates on your return's shipment, utilize the UPS tracking number provided on the return label via UPS.COM. After receiving and examining your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. Typically, refunds are processed within 10 business days from when the return arrives at our warehouse. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. If 10 business days have passed since your return's delivery at our warehouse and you require further assistance, feel free to reach out to us at customerservice@adriennelandau.com.

If you wish to return a gift received through an online order, kindly send an email to customerservice@adriennelandau.com. In your email, include the PO Number provided in the gifter's Order Confirmation email, along with details about the style, color, and quantity of the item(s) you intend to return. The Customer Service team will arrange a prepaid return label for the gift recipient. This label will facilitate the return of the item, and in exchange, an online gift card will be issued.

Adrienne Landau places immense value on providing top-tier design and craftsmanship. Before being shipped, each of our products undergoes meticulous quality inspection. Despite our efforts, there might be exceptional instances when a damaged item is dispatched. We urge you to thoroughly examine your order upon arrival, and if the item is found to be damaged or incorrect, promptly submit a return form. Our order processing and delivery occur on weekdays (Monday through Friday), with holidays and weekends excluded. Kindly allocate one business day for order processing.

Should you place an order prior to noon ET, it will be processed and shipped on the very same business day. Conversely, orders placed after noon ET will undergo processing on the subsequent business day, irrespective of the chosen shipping speed during checkout.

Order processing and delivery occur from Monday to Friday, with holidays excluded. Kindly allow a single business day for processing. If orders are placed before noon ET, they will be processed on the same day, while those placed after noon ET will be processed on the subsequent business day. Our warehouse, located in North Carolina, is the point of origin for shipments, primarily via UPS Ground unless expedited. However, it's important to note that Adrienne Landau cannot be held liable for unexpected delays arising from factors like adverse weather conditions or unforeseen transit disruptions.

Orders

Order processing is contingent upon the availability of items and successful credit card verification. An Order Confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process. In the event that you do not receive your Order Confirmation email, please don't hesitate to contact us at customerservice@adriennelandau.com for additional support.

Regrettably, once an order is placed, we are unable to accommodate requests for modifications, additions, or cancellations. If such a situation arises, we kindly request that you initiate a return for the original merchandise and proceed to place a new order. The refund for the returned merchandise will be issued upon processing, provided it meets the eligibility criteria.

While making your purchase, enter the code into the designated discount-code field located on the checkout page. Afterward, click the "Apply" button. Ensure that the discount reflects in the order summary before proceeding to click "Complete Order." Please note that discount codes cannot be used after an order is placed, nor can they be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.

Initiating an order does not guarantee the availability of product. The confirmation of stock occurs during the order processing phase, and allocation to your order happens then. Should any complications arise in fulfilling your order, rest assured, we will promptly notify you through email.

Orders that have been recently placed undergo a processing phase before being shipped. During this processing stage, the status will be labeled as "Unfulfilled" when viewed in your account. Once your order is shipped, the status will change to "Fulfilled," and you'll receive an email containing a tracking number.

Should your order remain in the "Unfulfilled" status for three or more business days, don't hesitate to reach out to us at customerservice@adriennelandau.com to obtain an update on your order's status.

At present, Adriennelandau.com does not offer gift wrapping.

Payments

Adrienne Landau is happy to accept the following payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Adrienne Landau gift cards.

Payment processing occurs after submission, pending verification of the credit card details provided during checkout. Upon successful acceptance of your payment, an Order Confirmation will be sent to your email. It's important to bear in mind that payment methods and billing details cannot be altered after an order is placed. Please be aware that the full billing amount will be charged at the time of purchase, regardless of the availability of stock or pre-order status.

All Adrienne Landau orders are subject to applicable sales tax. If you are shipping within the US, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NE, NJ, NY, NV, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI and WY.

Each online order can only be associated with a single payment method. We regret to inform you that we are unable to fulfill requests for multiple payments to be applied towards a single order.

  • Suede: Opt for dry cleaning only when essential. Avoid bleaching and tumble drying. Iron at a low heat setting.
  • Faux Fur: Dry cleaning is highly recommended, but machine washing is also acceptable. Ensure you turn the garment inside out and use cold water with a mild detergent.
  • Cashmere: Given the delicate nature of the yarns, some pilling might occur with use. Incorporating a sweater stone into your routine is advised. Dry cleaning is recommended but should be done moderately.
