If you don't love your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of shipping for a refund back to your original form of payment- minus a $9.95 restocking fee. Items must be in original condition, with tags attached and no signs of damage or wear. Original shipping costs are not included in refund. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a return.

Exchanges Please process return for the item you no longer want and purchase the replacement. Our Customer Service team will ensure to process your refund within 10 days of the returned item arriving in our Warehouse.

Price Adjustments Price Adjustments will be honored within 7 days of purchase. Please email our customer service team at CustomerService@AdrienneLandau.Com with your order number and they will process Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm EST.

Please note that it takes up to 10 business days for returns to be processed and checked back into our warehouse once the package is received. Once your return is processed, you will receive an automated email notification that a refund has been issued back to your original method of payment. Our warehouse, located in North Carolina, is the point of origin for shipments, primarily via UPS Ground unless expedited. However, it's important to note that Adrienne Landau cannot be held liable for unexpected delays arising from factors like adverse weather conditions or unforeseen transit disruptions.

Order processing is contingent upon the availability of items and successful credit card verification. An Order Confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process. Regrettably, once an order is placed, we are unable to accommodate requests for modifications, additions, or cancellations. If such a situation arises, we kindly request that you initiate a return for the original merchandise and proceed to place a new order. The refund for the returned merchandise will be issued upon processing, provided it meets the eligibility criteria.

Orders that have been recently placed undergo a processing phase before being shipped. During this processing stage, the status will be labeled as "Unfulfilled" when viewed in your account. Once your order is shipped, the status will change to "Fulfilled," and you'll receive an email containing a tracking number.
