Start your return in our Returns Center HERE.
Please email our customer service team with any questions at customerservice@adriennelandau.com with your order information. The team will promptly return your email Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm EST.
Please process return for the item you no longer want and purchase the replacement. Our Customer Service team will ensure to process your refund within 10 days of the returned item arriving in our Warehouse.
Price Adjustments will be honored within 7 days of purchase. Please email our customer service team at CustomerService@AdrienneLandau.Com with your order number and they will process Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm EST.

Items must be in original condition, with tags attached and no signs of damage or wear.
Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and ineligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credits. You can locate this important detail emphasized on both the product page and your order confirmation email.
Up to 10 business days for returns to be processed and checked back into our warehouse once the package is received. Once your return is processed, you will receive an automated email notification that a refund has been issued back to your original method of payment.
